Home Matters Caregiving – Greater Cleveland is seeking dependable caregivers who are compassionate and relation-focused. You will provide in-home care, companionship, and help with daily activities in clients' homes and community settings.

Role emphasizes a caregiver-first philosophy, reliable transportation, and ability to follow care plans. Both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay are available.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of formal caregiving experience in senior care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with basic first aid procedures.
• Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide mobility and transfer support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow care plans and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
