Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Columbia, TN is seeking caring individuals for in-home caregiving roles. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, and support daily living activities in clients' homes.

Shifts range from full-time, part-time, to PRN with paid training, travel time, and flexible scheduling. Eligible caregivers can earn CNA premiums and shift differentials, plus benefits like medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of employment eligibility ID.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
• Completion of background checks and drug screening.
• Three references, one with at least five years known to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Offer ADLs and mobility assistance.
• Meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Laundry and medication reminders.
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks.
• Drive and run errands as needed and authorized.
