Job summary

TheKey in San Martin, CA is hiring AM/PM caregivers for a part-time schedule on Wednesdays 4pm-10pm and Sundays 9am-4pm. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are included, plus opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities include 1:1 personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship in clients' homes. Eligibility includes CA HCA registration, 1 year caregiving experience, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• As a caregiver, assist clients 1:1 with personal care, meals, and dressing.
• Light housekeeping including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship through games, puzzles, or social activities.
