Job summary

TheKey in San Martin, CA is hiring AM/PM caregivers for a part-time schedule on Wednesdays 4pm-10pm and Sundays 9am-4pm. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are included, plus opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities include 1:1 personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship in clients' homes. Eligibility includes CA HCA registration, 1 year caregiving experience, and a valid driver’s

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you'll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
