Job summary

TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers in Petaluma and surrounding areas to provide in-home care. You will support clients 1:1 with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship in their homes.

Applicants should have 1+ year of caregiving, be 18+, hold HCA Registration in California or be eligible to obtain it, and possess a valid driver's license with insured vehicle access. TB clearance is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18+ years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver for TheKey, assist clients 1:1 with personal care, dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop.
• Companionship: engage in social and emotional support activities.
