Job summary

Right at Home Rhome is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care across Wise, Parker, Montague, Denton, and Palo Pinto Counties. Flexible schedules and paid training available. CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus—but not required.

We pay for travel between clients and offer benefits like bi-weekly pay, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth. No experience? No problem—training is provided.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus—but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming & hygiene.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Dementia and memory care support.
• Range-of-motion exercises.
• Companionship, conversation, games, music & activities.
