Right at Home Rhome is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care across Wise, Parker, Montague, Denton, and Palo Pinto counties. Flexible schedules and paid training available.

We pay for travel time and mileage between clients, and offer bi-weekly pay, PTO, and health benefits for full-time staff. Position involves personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal prep, transportation, dementia support, and companionship at clients' homes.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrate a compassionate, dependable attitude and trustworthy character.
• Be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs as part of caregiving tasks.
• Basic reading, writing, and speaking English skills required.
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance for safety.
• Set medication reminders and monitor compliance.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments and runs errands.
• Offer dementia/memory care support as needed.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and encourage activity.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
