Job summary

Senior Helpers (US) is seeking an In-Home Caregiver in Hattiesburg, MS to support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support with compassion.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments, while monitoring health changes and reporting them to the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving for elderly clients preferred.
• Experience assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Understanding of dementia and memory-related conditions is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping including laundry and linens.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
