All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in their own homes across Mississippi. You will provide personal care, grooming, bathing, and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility support, and companionship. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a high school graduate, have a GED, or demonstrate the ability to read and complete required forms and reports.
• Ability to work well with aged and disabled individuals with limited functioning capacity.
• Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Physically able to perform tasks and not have communicable diseases.
• Empathy for ill, elderly, or disabled.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• No crimes substantially related to dependent populations or violent crimes.
• Know how to prevent burns, falls, fires; know emergency contacts.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care such as mouth/denture care, shaving, grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed.
• Assist with transferring, ambulation, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate companionship to clients.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: cleaning, shopping lists, groceries, meal prep, laundry, ironing, cleaning kitchen.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence.
• Ensure home safety and report changes to supervisor.
• Provide assistance during community outings as needed.
