Pathways for Life is hiring compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities near Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, and Waddell. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, and build trusted, meaningful connections with clients in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or provided training available
• First Aid certification required or provided training available
• Article 9 Certification required or training provided
• PROUD (Prevention & Support) credential recognized
• Abuse & Neglect Training required or offered
• DCW (Principles of Caregiving) knowledge/processes expected

Responsibilities

• Support members with developmental disabilities in daily routines and activities.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including meal prep and personal hygiene.
• Build meaningful connections through respectful, engaging interactions.
• Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervisors and professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate for member safety, rights and dignity in all interactions.
