Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate PCA to support adults with disabilities in their own homes and communities in New Mexico. You will travel to member residences to provide day-to-day in-home care and assist with daily living needs.

The role involves both field and light office work, following state plans and center procedures. A TB test, background screening, refunds of training and CPR/First Aid credentials help ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• PCA Training offered.
• Must be willing to take a TB test provided by company.
• Pass a physical test to include safely lifting 75 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as some travel is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates (will train).
• Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for adults 21+ with disabilities.
• Travel to member homes to deliver in-home services.
• Follow state plan guidelines to assist and support members.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines.
• Handle both field and office administrative duties.
