Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or DC-certified caregiver or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred.
• Current TB test requirement – 2-step PPD, Chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON blood test.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
• Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Preparing meals and helping with grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Supporting mobility and everyday activities
• Helping clients maintain their routines and independence
• Communicating client needs or changes with families and our office team
