Care to Stay Home in Spokane County, WA is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely at home. Earn $17.13–$23.00/hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities, based on experience and client needs.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide companionship, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation. We value dignity, independence, and strong communication within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred and a genuine passion for helping seniors.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to dignity, privacy, and independence of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support
• Assist with mobility and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized
• Support clients living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other age-related conditions
• Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the care team
