Job summary

Live Long Well Care invites applications for Full Time and Part Time CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aides/Companions to provide personal care and companionship for seniors within a 30‑mile radius of Myrtle Beach. A CNA certification is not required, but is a plus and paid a premium.

Weekend work and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required. Applicants must have an up-to-date smartphone for timekeeping, care tasks, and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of eldercare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• CNA certification not required, but can be a plus and paid at a premium.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping including laundry and dishes.
• Grocery shopping, errands, and transportation for clients.
• Provide companionship and engagement in daily activities.
• Pet services and support, while maintaining safety and respect for clients.
• Document services accurately and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies; maintain professional conduct.
