Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care in Lanham, MD is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support District Heights area clients at home. Duties include ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and health monitoring with a focus on safety and comfort.

Applicants must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle. CNA and CPR/First Aid are pluses; background check and drug screening are required. Growth and bonuses offered, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home health aide (HHA) or personal care aide (PCA) required.
• Eligible for background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor health.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Document changes in client condition to supervisors.
