Qualifications

• Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with hygiene and dressing.
• Support mobility and incontinence care as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Plan and prepare meals aligned with care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as required.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Give medication reminders per care plan and documentation.
• Maintain care documentation and updates to records.
