emmUcare Home Health of Clinton County, PA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Clearfield County and surrounding areas. The role offers meaningful work, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and care documentation. Two-step TB test or CNA license may be required; driving travel is necessary.

Qualifications

• Two-step TB test, TSpot, or chest X-ray may be required.
• Completion of state competency test provided by agency, or a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing).
• Assist with incontinence care and mobility support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Run errands and transportation as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Complete care documentation.
