A reputable in-home care organization is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to the elderly in North Oakland County. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and engaging clients in social activities. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, HHA or CNA certification is a plus.
• Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
