Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking an In Home Caregiver for its La Crosse, WI location. You will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, with opportunities for growth.

The position can be part time or full time depending on caregiver availability and preferences, with daytime hours Monday through Friday. This role offers an hourly rate of $16 to $25, with semi-monthly pay and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes; companionship.
• Help clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Meal preparation.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.
