All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an in-home caregiver to assist clients in their own homes in Illinois. The position emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and respect for independence, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, and meaningful companionship, delivered with dignity and privacy in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (professional or familial).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepares meals and adheres to special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping activities.
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Offers compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
