Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dedicated in-home caregiver to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with everyday tasks, ensure safety, and provide companionship to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance when needed. Strong communication and empathy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED, or ability to read and complete required forms.
• Ability to work with aged and disabled individuals with limited functioning.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• First aid and CPR certification required with current status.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and empathy for ill, elderly, or disabled clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with meals, medication reminders, and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep living areas clean and safe.
• Provide compassionate companionship and social engagement.
• Transport assistance and accompany clients on outings as needed.
• Operate and manage household equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
