Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable caregiver experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers).
• Accompany clients to grocery store, doctor appointments, pharmacy visits.
• Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing as required.
