Korean Women’s Association (KWA) Aberdeen is hiring in-home caregivers for flexible full- or part-time roles. Earn $23.54–$27.28 per hour with paid training and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

You’ll assist with daily routines, provide companionship, and support clients in their homes in Grays Harbor County. Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, a WA driver’s license, and are willing to obtain home care worker certification.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid WA driver’s license required.
• Willingness to obtain home care worker certification in a timely manner.
• Must be able to pass criminal history and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines and provide companionship.
• Prepare meals and support daily activities for clients.
• Offer attentive, compassionate care and listening support.
• Help maintain clients’ comfort and quality of life.
