Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to become certified as a home care worker within a set time frame.
• Must pass criminal history and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Provide heartfelt companionship to clients and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Support in-home care tasks and overall client well-being.
