Job summary

Community Careline Services (Bexley) LTD is seeking a domiciliary care worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support to clients in their own homes in North Carolina. You will assist with personal care, dressing, bathing, meals and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.

You must have a valid driver's license and access to your own car. Strong communication, empathy and organisational skills are essential to monitor health, maintain records, follow safeguarding practices,

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting, meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety and infection control procedures.
• Work with families and other professionals to ensure safe, respectful and high-quality care.
