Responsibilities:

• Ensure client safety and provide friendly companionship
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
• Help with household duties including laundry, light cleaning, and meal prep
• Drive clients for shopping, appointments, and errands
• Complete 12 hours of annual training via Caregiver University
• Follow care plans to assist clients with personal care (CNA/PCP/HHA)
• Support activities of daily living safely and effectively
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of caregiving experience in home care or skilled facility setting
• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Adhere to agency policies; do not administer medication or perform licensed procedures
