Job summary

Alana Home Care in Middle Tennessee is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Caregivers are essential members of our team, with paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a referral program. Uniforms and equipment are provided, and benefits include a 401(k) with company match and health, vision, and disability coverage.

Wage ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Live in the Middle Tennessee area.
• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Meal preparation and daily living support.
• Provide 24/7 care for clients living with mobility disabilities.

Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living. These may include:
