Qualifications

  • Own a Smartphone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds.
  • Experience with bowel programs or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal cares including toileting, bathing, and grooming.
  • Assist with transfer and complete documentation of care records.

What does a day in this role look like?

Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to an awesome gentleman in the comfort of his own home! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this is the position for you! This position is in DeForest, WI.

About the Client:
  • Loves sports - Especially the soccer and the Olympics
  • Computers
  • Outdoors
  • Allergies to dogs/cats
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 7am-9:30am
  • Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-10:00am
Tasks:
  • Personal cares - Toileting, Bathing, Showering, Grooming, Incontinent Care, Bowel Programs, etc
  • *MUST be experienced and/or comfortable with bowel programs & able to discuss during interview*
  • Transfer assistance
  • Complete required documentation of records of care
