Job summary

The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) in Tempe, AZ seeks a dedicated Direct Care Worker to provide compassionate personal care in a private home for individuals with disabilities.

You will complete required background checks, a pre-employment drug screen, and a motor vehicle check. Driving is required; paid training and diverse benefits are provided.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECT CARE WORKER ?

We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, to attend to their needs by providing personal care consistent with expectations set by the family and the agency in a private home. You must be able to pass background checks & a pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. This position requires driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required.
