The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) is seeking Direct Support Providers to assist individuals in our day program and residential homes in Tempe, AZ. You will be part of a compassionate team supporting independence and community engagement.

Applicants must be 18+ (21+ for driving roles), pass background checks and drug screen, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Driving positions require AZ license; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Nurturing, compassionate, responsible individuals for caregiving.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for driving positions) and pass background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• HS diploma or equivalent; drivers preferred with AZ license.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER ?

We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, either in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Drivers are preferred, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required.

No experience is necessary !
