Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and keep living spaces safe and tidy.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give timely medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing.
• Be available for emergencies with 24/7 on‑call support.
