FirstLight Home Care exists to help people have their best day, every day! We are seeking a kind and compassionate caregiver to assist a Veteran in Milwaukie. The caregiver will provide assistance with personal care as well as companionship. Opportunities to fill for Portland also available to reach full time hours and benefits!

Schedule :

Tues-Thurs 9am-3pm (18 hours)

Responsibilities :

Client is amputee and uses a wheelchair, mostly independent in the home but needs assistance.

Provide assistance to non-medical needs of the client, following an established care plan. This may include personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, oral care, hair, and skincare

Assist client

Provide meal planning and preparation

Adhere to HIPAA regulations

Provide medication reminders

Observe clients health and report any changes
