The role focuses on daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and reminders for medications, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules, ongoing training, and a supportive team that values respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
