D&D's Golden Years Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home support across New Hampshire. Join a state-licensed provider dedicated to assisting clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their private homes.

You will help with daily routines, monitor well-being, and collaborate with the care team to ensure respectful, person-centered service for residents throughout the state.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide consistent, reliable care.
• Compassionate communication and a respectful, patient-focused attitude.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and follow care instructions.
• Ability to stay organized and document/report observations as required.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and commitment to client well-being.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have up to date health records.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, maintaining a calm, respectful, and encouraging approach.
• Observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate team members.
• Support adherence to care plans and daily schedules while respecting client preferences and routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment by following established health and safety practices.
