Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities as prescribed.

• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Keep the client’s home organized and safe; may assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility support and transportation to appointments as needed.
