Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and light housekeeping to diverse clients. You will support daily living activities, meal prep, and medication reminders, building trust with clients and families.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, strong communication, and willingness to travel locally. CNA preferred but not required; valid CPR/First Aid and TB test are expected, with a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles and availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
