Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independent agency, delivering in-home care to diverse clients with empathy and reliability. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help families maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.

We offer competitive hourly pay, direct deposit, paid orientation, ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, and employee recognition programs to support dedicated care providers.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
