A Place At Home in Yorba Linda, CA is seeking experienced In-Home Caregivers to serve seniors and veterans in the surrounding area. Join a team dedicated to compassion, dignity, and respect as you help clients stay safe, healthy, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical care, assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and support mobility, transportation, and light housekeeping. California HCA requirements apply; background check required.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior, elderly, or veteran care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must meet California HCA requirements and pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home non-medical care
• Assist with ADLs/IADLs and personal care
• Medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support transportation for appointments and errands
• Help with light housekeeping and meal prep
• Build relationships with clients and families
• Follow care plans and communicate with team
