Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to older adult clients to meet needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Help clients with bathing, dressing, brushing teeth and grooming.
• Support with toileting activities and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping and making beds.
• Perform transfers and using mechanical devices.
• Complete monthly continuing education.
• Become an integral member of the health care community.
