Safe Life Home Healthcare in Naperville, IL is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County. This hourly position emphasizes compassionate care and helping clients maintain independence at home.

You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation, reporting changes to the healthcare team while ensuring a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is preferred.
• Experience caregiving, especially with elderly clients, is preferred.
• Effective communication and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to client well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship.
• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, positive and supportive home environment.
