New Outlook Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals to provide the highest level of care to the aged and disabled in their homes in Medford, OR. The role offers training online and in person, with growth opportunities within a mission-focused team.

Caregivers assist with ADLs, housekeeping, and client well-being under a supportive, family-like work environment. Compensation ranges $19–$21 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (ADLs) such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging.
• Provide housekeeping (IADLs) like light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation.
• Provide medication and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.
• Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being.
• Follow the care and service plans to ensure safe, competent care.
