Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to clients.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation.
• Participate in clients' favorite activities.
• Assist with daily personal care tasks.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Document care provided and communicate updates.
