Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion to serve and help others live their best lives.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, auto registration and insurance.
• Social Security or passport document verification.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.
• TB/Help B is recommended.
• CNA/license if applying.
• California HCA registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to support independence at home.
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene support).
• Help with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals, including feeding assistance if needed.
• Manage light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Offer companionship and respite care to support families.
