Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CNA license required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobility tasks.
• Experience with Hoyer lift or similar devices preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities to help them stay independent at home.
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Manage household tasks and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and respite services to families.
• Willing to work flexible shifts (PRN, mornings, afternoons, evenings).
