Caregivers at our agency do more than provide great care in the home; they actively work to help seniors in our care improve their lives, health, independence and much more. This position is specifically designed to provide for daytime and care for a client in Colton, SD (15-25 hours weekly).

Applicants should have a strong desire to provide services to clients with the goal of helping them live as fully and as independently as possible with a good quality of life. Applicant must be able to work in a home with cats & dog and work around a client who is a smoker.

Job Responsibilities For Caregivers:

Immediate openings for personal caregivers. We also have client hours in the Sioux Falls area. Shifts are available seven days a week. The clients we are hiring for require hands‑on personal care assistance with dressing, toileting and transferring. Other tasks may include light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Dietary monitoring, meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping, linen changing and laundry
• Grocery shopping, meal prep, dietary monitoring
• Errand running
• Companionship and social activities
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, social engagements etc.
