ComForCare Home Care in Carol Stream, Illinois is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality one-on-one in-home senior care for a dedicated client. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule and steady daytime hours.

As part of the caregiving team, you’ll support ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, with training and ongoing support from our RN team to help you grow.

Competenze

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience as caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA/private duty caregiver.
• Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, companion care, personal care, or in-home care services.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the client's home.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Deliver compassionate one-on-one home care tailored to the client's individual needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized living space.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office and care team.
• Complete accurate documentation while following agency care standards.
