ComForCare Home Care in Carol Stream, Illinois, is actively hiring experienced caregivers or CNAs for full-time, weekday at-home care. You will provide one-on-one care to an aging client, promote safety, independence and comfort in the home.

The role emphasizes ADLs assistance, companionship, medication reminders, documentation, and collaboration with a care team. CNA preferred but not required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualificações

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or private duty caregiver.
• Experience providing senior care, dementia care, or in-home care services.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one home care tailored to the client's needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized living space.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Observe and report changes to the office and care team.
• Complete accurate documentation following agency care standards.
