Responsibilities include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal planning, medication reminders, errands, and light housekeeping. You will work in a one-on-one setting, requiring compassion, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a caregiver or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and bear up to 50 pounds, with bending and kneeling as required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Prior healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience is beneficial.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and continuously learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients by showering, bathing, dressing and eating.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around the house or during appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Support activities essential for daily living.
