Qualifications

• Excellent one-on-one patient care and empathy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
• Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and activities of daily living.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Plan meals and assist with basic physical therapy exercises.
• Complete light housekeeping and shopping for clients.
• Report any incidents and ensure client safety.
