Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Reston in Milford, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide personalized in-home care. Join a team that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, with flexible full- or part-time options and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, mobility, meals, and companionship, following care plans, and communicating changes to the care team. Immediate openings across first and second shifts with weekday and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the care team.
